The research and practice magazine «Evaluation Issues» published the article «Multi-Model Approach to Mass Evaluation», written by KPI Holding representatives: Viktor Zhurba, Egor Kizyakin and Evgeny Kornoushenko.

The article specifies a new approach to mass evaluation characterized with transfer from common use of one evaluation model to use of several ones, as well as inclusion in the mass evaluation procedure of stages in classification and verification of mass evaluation results. The verification stage is extremely important in practical sense, as it enables judging about credibility of the conducted evaluation.

KPI Holding CEO Sergey Markov participated in working meetings in Novosibirsk organized by the City Administration and related to issues of investment development and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

Deputy KPI Holding CEO Viktor Zhurba participated in the meeting of the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for business in the field of real estate economics “Evaluation activity development prospects in Russia. Development of evaluation activity standards” and presented the report “Publication of Translated Standards of the International Association of Assessing Officers”.
