Meeting of Ministry of Industry and Trade Working Group on Development of Industrial Parks in Crimea

On August 5, there was a regular meeting of the working group of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Crimea. The meeting was attended by Head of the Department of regional industrial policy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Dmitry Ovsyannikov, Deputy Governor, Head of Department of Industry and Agriculture of the Government of Sevastopol Vyacheslav Aksenov, representatives of the Agency of strategic development of Sevastopol led by Advisor to the Head of the Agency Denis Molotkov, Head of PPP Department of KPI Holding Ekaterina Bryazgina, General Director of “Corporation of Development of Ulyanovsk Region” Sergey Vasin, Head of analytical projects of the “Association of Industrial Parks” Boris Sychev, Chief Manager of Technopolis “Khimgrad” Ayrat Gizzatulin, representatives of structural subdivisions of executive authorities of Sevastopol.

The agenda included issues related to implementation of measures of the approved road map. Ekaterina Bryazgina spoke with a report about legal aspects of creation of regional industrial parks, current practices and controversial issues. Also, the participants of the meeting discussed working issues and problems associated with the legal status of the Crimea Federal District and peculiarities of legal regulation of new subjects of RF.
