State cadastral evaluation

State cadastral evaluation means a set of activities including:

• taking a decision on conducting state cadastral evaluation;
• formation of the list of real estate objects subject to state cadastral evaluation;
• selection of the contractor for determining cadastral cost and conclusion of an agreement on conducting evaluation;
• determining cadastral cost and writing a report on determination of cadastral cost;
• expert examination of the report on determination of cadastral cost;
• approval of results of cadastral cost;
• publication of the approved results of determination of cadastral cost;
• introduction of results of determination of cadastral cost in the state real estate cadaster.

Data used during state cadastral evaluation and formed as a result of it make up the fund of data of state cadastral evaluation.

State cadastral evaluation of land is carried out, at least, once every 5 years.

State cadastral evaluation is carried out as of January 1 of the year of works.

4. Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2000 № 316 “On approval of Rules for carrying out the state cadastral evaluation of land”;

5. Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2005 № 560 “On approval of the subprogram on creation of a real estate cadaster system (2006 – 2011) of the Federal target program “Creation of an automated system for maintain a state land cadaster and state registration of real estate objects” (2002 – 2007);

6. Administrative regulation of carrying out by the Federal agency of the real estate objects cadaster of the state function “Organization of carrying out the state cadaster evaluation of lands, approved by the order of the Ministry of economic development of Russia of June 28, 2007 № 215.
